Our story began in Dubbo in 1993, long before the Summer Springs name existed.
What started as a local bottled-water delivery business has grown across regional NSW, but the foundations remain the same: reliable service, local relationships, early starts, long delivery runs and doing what you said you were going to do.
Our story
From a Dubbo distributor to a regional NSW brand.
For many years, our business operated as a Neverfail Spring Water distributor, trading as Neverfail Dubbo, supplying bottled water to homes, farms, workshops, offices, schools and local businesses.
More than 30 years later, the original business is still here. It has expanded, evolved and taken on a name of its own, while remaining regional, local and family owned.
Steve and Janelle, the founders of the business, remain involved today.
The first delivery runs
The business began in Dubbo as a Neverfail Spring Water distributor, delivering bottled water to local homes and businesses.
A wider regional footprint
From Dubbo, the business expanded into Tamworth and Armidale, establishing local teams and delivery routes across a much larger part of regional NSW.
Armidale Pure Spring Water Company
The acquisition brought its own history, customers and local relationships. Regional businesses are not simply lists of accounts. They are people, routines, routes and trust built over time.
Summer Springs becomes our own
The business had grown beyond operating under somebody else’s name. Summer Springs was created to reflect our own people, depots, customers and idea of what regional service should feel like.
Why Summer Springs?
We wanted a brand regional people could feel part of.
We wanted something warmer, more local and more connected to the places we serve. Not corporate. Not faceless. Not pretending regional NSW is simply a service area on a map.
The name Summer Springs was chosen to evoke something familiar: long summer afternoons, tyre swings at the river, barbecues in the park, kids running around barefoot, cold drinks pulled from the esky and the relief of finally getting out of the heat for a proper drink of water.
Water is part of homes, worksites, school days, family gatherings, local sport, long shifts, busy offices and everyday regional life. That is the feeling behind Happy Hydrating.
Our logo and visual identity were created by fellow regional Australian, award winning brand designer George P. Wilson .

Growing larger has not meant growing away from regional NSW.
Our customers often know their driver by name. Our routes are designed around real regional geography, and our teams understand that a farm, clinic, school, workshop and family home each use water differently.

Our story also includes Coffee Bean Roasting House , a long-standing specialty coffee roaster with roots in Tamworth dating back to the early 1990s.
Coffee Bean supplies homes, offices, cafés and hospitality businesses with award-winning coffee, coffee equipment, training, technical support and café products.
