Do you deliver to my town?
Summer Springs delivers across Central and Western NSW and the New England and Northern Tablelands regions of NSW from our local depots in Dubbo, Tamworth and Armidale we also deliver to the surrounding regional and rural areas on regular, scheduled routes. Check our delivery areas — if you're in our regional NSW, chances are we already have a spring water delivery route near you.
How does scheduled delivery work?
You choose a delivery frequency that suits your usage — fortnightly, 4-weekly, or 8-weekly — and the same local driver delivers on a regular route day. Need extra water, or going on holidays? You can add to, pause, or change your deliveries anytime.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no minimum commitment. To make the best use of our drivers' time and fuel, fortnightly deliveries are for customers using at least 4 bottles per fortnight — if you use less, no problem, we'll simply set you up on a 4-weekly or 8-weekly schedule instead.
Are the bottles returned and reused?
Yes — Summer Springs 15L bottles are BPA-free and recyclable, and work on a returnable system. We collect your empties when we deliver your full bottles, then sanitise and refill them, helping keep bottles in circulation and reduce single-use packaging. Over a 3-5 year life (about 40-50 refills) a single 15L spring water bottle diverts roughly 1,400 single use bottles from landfill and prevents up to 35kg of plastic waste. End-of-life bottles are removed from circulation and recycled where suitable.
Where does the water actually come from?
Summer Springs natural spring water comes from three underground springs in regional NSW — Riverina, the Central Coast hinterland, and the Dorrigo Plateau — each matched to the depot nearest you to cut unnecessary freight. What's the difference between bottle-fed and mains-connected coolers?
Bottle-fed coolers use our delivered 15L spring water bottles. Mains-connected filtration coolers plumb into your existing water supply and filter on site, with on-demand hot and cold water and no bottles to change. Summer Springs supplies both, for hire or purchase.
