It's a premium bottom-load water cooler, which is the elegant part and the practical part at once: the 15L bottle sits in the base and a quiet internal pump draws the water up. Why bottom-load?
Two main reasons. The lift — a full 15L bottle is about 15kg, and bottom-loading means it never leaves the floor. And the look — with the bottle tucked away, it reads as a finished appliance, not a bulk bottle on a basic cooler. If neither matters to you, our standard top-load hire starts with lower pricing.
Cool & Cold or Hot & Cold?
Cool & Cold gives you chilled and room-temperature water. Hot & Cold adds near-boiling water for tea, coffee and soup. The hot water has a safety step — you press and hold a separate red button while you dispense, so it can't be set off by a knock or a curious hand. A light on the cooler also tells you when a bottle's running low. Choose your model in the options above.

What is a bottom-load water cooler?
One where the 15L bottle sits in a cabinet at the base rather than upturned on top. You load it at floor level and a pump lifts the water — no heavy lifting overhead, and a cleaner look with nothing on top.
Does it need plumbing?
No — it's bottle-fed, not plumbed. Open the cabinet at the base, sit a fresh 15L bottle inside, fit the siphon tube into the top (or push it through one of our easy-pierce caps), slide it in and switch on. No plumber, no installation.
Will it suit a dark or designed space?
That's exactly what the black model is for. With the bottle hidden, it reads as a dark, finished column rather than a water station — at home in boardrooms, hospitality fit-outs and dark-toned kitchens.
Am I buying the cooler?
No — this is annual hire ($192 first year, then $220/year). Prefer to own it? Buy the black bottom-load cooler outright (1-year warranty).
Do I get 4 free bottles every year?
No — they're a one-off to welcome you as a new client with Summer Springs. Simply leave your empty bottles out for your driver on delivery day, and we'll swap your empties for new full bottles.
What if it faults?
We swap it out free of charge. No on-site servicing — your driver simply replaces it.
