You get the annual hire water cooler, 15L natural spring water bottles included, and delivery through our regular Summer Springs routes across regional NSW. Our bottled water delivery runs are built around the towns and regions we actually service. We operate from regional depots, in Dubbo, Tamworth and Armidale, with drivers who know the routes, the customers, the shortcuts, the locked gates, the office kitchens, the staff rooms and the worksites where water needs to be there before people run out.

What happens after the first delivery?

Your starter pack is the beginning of our relationship together, not a locked-in subscription.

Once you are set up, we deliver more 15L returnable bottles on your regular Summer Springs run. Your driver will bring full bottles and collects your empties, so the system keeps moving without you needing to constantly buy, carry and dispose of smaller bottles. It's a simple 'swap-system'.

If you go through more than expected, we can increase your delivery. If you are using less, we can reduce it. If the business is closed, the office is quiet, or you are away, you can talk to us about what is needed.

Natural spring water, delivered in reusable 15L bottles

For example, our warehouse hydration starter pack isn't exclusive to warehouse businesses! Anyone can purchase this starter pack and whilst it is ideal for warehousing and industrial teams, it's also ideal for individuals, homes or offices that want just one cooler, but some extra bottles to get started with. 

Can businesses order smaller starter packs?

Yes. Not every business needs a large setup. A small office, consulting room, salon or reception area might only need a simple pack to get started.

What happens to the empty 15L bottles?

Can I add bottle storage?

Yes. Bottle storage racks and accessories are available separately and are useful if you want spare bottles stored neatly beside the cooler, in a storeroom, staff kitchen, depot or garage. Can I change my ongoing water order later?

Yes. Once you know how much water you are using, your bottle deliveries can be adjusted. You are not stuck with the amount you started with.
