A little cooler that earns its bench space
A benchtop water cooler gives you chilled spring water without taking up floor space or needing to be connected to the water mains.
Place it on a kitchen bench, staff-room counter, reception cabinet or other suitable surface near a standard power point. Add a 15L bottle, switch the cooler on and it is ready to become part of the everyday routine.
It is a particularly useful choice for smaller offices, clinics, reception areas, home kitchens and shared spaces where a freestanding cooler would take up more room than it needs to.

Cool & Cold
Choose Cool & Cold when you want chilled spring water as well as room-temperature water. It is the straightforward option for drinking water at home, in a waiting room or around the workplace.
Hot & Cold
Choose Hot & Cold when you would also use the cooler for hot water throughout the day. It is handy for tea, instant coffee and other hot drinks, particularly in a staff kitchen or shared workplace.
Both cooler options are available for the $99 starter offer.
What happens after the first four bottles?
The four included 15L bottles give you 60 litres of spring water to begin with. After that, our drivers will deliver on a fortnightly or monthly schedule to keep you stocked with water, and take away your empty bottles.
When we process your order, the Summer Springs team will confirm your address, your local delivery run and the number of bottles you are likely to need. That quantity is not set in stone -you can always request more or fewer bottles as your use changes, and deliveries can be paused when you are away or your workplace is closed.
On future deliveries, your driver brings the full bottles and collects the empties. The returned bottles are washed, sanitised, refilled and put back into use.
No plumbing. No big purchase.
The cooler is bottle-fed, so there is no need to alter your kitchen, organise a plumber or connect it to anything other than a standard power outlet.
One of the benefits of hiring a water dispenser with Summer Springs is, if the hired cooler develops a fault through normal use, contact Summer Springs and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
For residential orders, the cooler and bottles are generally delivered to your door for you to position inside. Workplace delivery and access arrangements can be confirmed when your order is processed.
Spring water, delivered by a regional team
Summer Springs operates from depots in Dubbo, Tamworth and Armidale, with local delivery routes extending through much of regional NSW.
Our returnable 15L bottles are filled from the spring source matched to the depot serving your area:
- Dubbo depot: Riverina spring water
- Tamworth depot: Central Coast spring water
- Armidale depot: Northern NSW spring water
The water is sourced from natural underground springs and independently tested. Summer Springs does not add chlorine, fluoride, sugar, sweeteners, flavours, colours or preservatives.

What happens after the first 12 months?
The $99 starter price covers your first 12 months of benchtop cooler hire and the four starter bottles.
After the first 12 months, cooler hire continues under the standard hire conditions at the applicable rate, currently $165 per year, until ended in accordance with those conditions. We just need 14 days' notice if you decide you no longer need the cooler.
Additional spring water bottles are purchased separately as required.

Who can get the $99 starter offer?
The $99 starter offer is available to new Summer Springs accounts within eligible delivery areas, subject to benchtop cooler availability.
Are the four bottles included every year?
No. The 4 x 15L bottles are included once with your first delivery. After that, you purchase additional bottles as required at the current bottle price.
What happens after 12 months?
After your first 12 months, your cooler hire continues at the applicable standard annual hire rate, currently $165 per year. You can end the hire in accordance with the hire terms with 14 days' notice.
Does the cooler need to be plumbed in?
No. The benchtop cooler is supplied by a returnable 15L bottle placed on top of the unit. It only requires a suitable surface and access to a standard power point.
Can I change the number of bottles I receive?
Yes. Your usual bottle quantity can be adjusted when your needs change. You can also request that a delivery be paused if you are away, closed or still have enough water on hand.
What happens if the cooler develops a fault?
Contact Summer Springs. If the hired cooler has developed a fault through normal use, we will arrange an equivalent replacement in accordance with the cooler hire terms.
