No - you can nominate a safe and accessible location where the driver can leave your full bottles and collect the empties. Just give us the details around locked gates, pets, or access instructions and we’ll be good to go.
It depends on the size of the household and whether the water will also be used for tea, coffee and cooking. You can use the estimator above for a starting point. We can always increase or reduce the deliveries/quantities after the first few deliveries.
The 15L bottles are the ones specifically designed to be returned to us to be refilled and redistributed. Your driver collects the empties when the full bottles arrive. They are returned for washing, sanitising, inspection and refilling before being used again.
Yes. Household usage changes throughout the year. You can request more or fewer bottles, update your instructions or pause delivery while you are away.
