Our 15L returnable spring water bottle is the best-value way to keep cold, fresh spring water flowing at home or work.
Our bottles fit our bottle-fed water coolers and ceramic dispensers, and will fit most standard water coolers. Our bottles also feature a 'no-spill' cap that avoids leaks when spiked onto a cooler. Your bottle is exchanged each delivery: you hand back the empty, we sanitise and refill it. Less plastic, lower cost per litre, no fuss.

How the returnable system works
- Set up your account and our team will allocate you to a regular delivery run — fortnightly, monthly or a frequency that suits your needs.
- We deliver full bottles and collect your empties on the same visit.
- Empties are washed, sanitised and refilled on automated fill lines (hot wash, detergent, sanitiser and rinse), then returned for re-delivery.

Where it comes from
Our water is drawn from natural springs in the Riverina, the Central Coast hinterland and Northern NSW, naturally filtered to keep its clean taste and mineral character. The full story is on our Our Spring Water page.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a water cooler to use a 15L bottle?
A bottle-fed cooler or ceramic dispenser is recommended. You can hire or buy a cooler from our coolers range, including 15L bottle-fed coolers.
What happens to the empty bottles?
We collect your empties when we deliver full bottles. They're sanitised and refilled on automated lines, then reused — so there's nothing for you to store long-term or send to landfill.
Is the returnable bottle hygienic?
Yes. Bottles are cleaned through a hot wash, detergent, sanitiser and rinse cycle on automated fill lines, under HACCP certification, before being refilled.
How often can you deliver?
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or a custom schedule that suits your needs. We manage this schedule to make sure you don't run out of water, but also don't end up with too much. Or tell us your usage and we'll recommend a frequency — contact us or call 1300 654 001.
