Summer Springs is different. It is genuine spring water drawn from natural spring sources in regional NSW, rather than town water that has been heavily purified and repackaged.
We use physical filtration and non-chlorine disinfection to protect water quality while retaining its naturally soft, light character. We do not add chlorine, fluoride, sugar, sweeteners, flavours, colours or preservatives.
The result is fresh-tasting water that is easy to drink on its own. There is no need to disguise it with cordial, flavour drops or slices of fruit just to make it more appealing.

A benchtop or freestanding water cooler gives the family cold spring water whenever they want it. Choose Cool & Cold for chilled and room-temperature water, or Hot & Cold if you would also like hot water for tea, coffee and other drinks.
Coolers can be hired annually or purchased outright. Hiring has a lower initial cost and includes ongoing equipment support. Purchasing suits households that prefer to own their cooler.
Prefer a non-electric option?
A ceramic dispenser sits on a bench or stand and does not require electricity. It is a simple choice for kitchens, home offices, verandahs and areas where chilled water is not essential.

How Summer Springs home delivery works
Check your location. We deliver across vast areas of regional NSW from our Dubbo, Tamworth and Armidale depots.
Choose your water setup. Order bottles only, hire or buy a cooler, or select a starter offer and checkout online.
We confirm your route. Our team will let you know the regular delivery day and frequency for your town or suburb.
Your driver delivers and collects. Full 15L bottles are left in your nominated location and the empties are taken away.
We help you adjust as needed. Increase your quantity during summer, reduce it during cooler months or pause delivery while you are away.
Standard delivery is free within the Summer Springs service area.
Home delivery that adapts to real household life
A couple working from home will not use the same amount of water as a family of five. A household may also drink considerably more during a hot regional NSW summer than it does in winter.
That is why we do not force every home into the same fixed bottle package.
We help you choose a sensible starting quantity and then adjust it once you know how much your household actually uses. Depending on your location and route, deliveries are commonly made fortnightly or every four weeks.
You can:
increase or reduce the number of bottles;
leave empty bottles out for collection;
nominate a safe delivery location;
provide gate, pet or access instructions;
order additional bottles when you are running low; or
pause deliveries while you are away.
Returnable bottles instead of another bin full of packaging
Our 15L home-delivery bottles are collected and reused across repeated delivery cycles.
After your driver collects them, the bottles are returned to the bottling facility, where they go through a controlled hot-wash, detergent, sanitising and rinsing process before inspection and refilling.
One 15L bottle holds the equivalent of:
25 standard 600mL bottles;
10 large 1.5L bottles; or
approximately 60 glasses of water at 250mL each.
For many homes, that means fewer individual bottles to buy, carry, store and dispose of.
Regional spring water for regional NSW homes
Summer Springs sources water from three natural underground spring areas in regional NSW: the Riverina, Central Coast Hinterland and Dorrigo Plateau.
Our 15L returnable bottles are filled from the spring matched to the depot supplying your area. Dubbo customers receive Riverina spring water, Tamworth customers receive water from our Central Coast source and Armidale customers receive water from Northern NSW.
This model keeps regional water closer to the regional communities drinking it. It reduces unnecessary freight compared with transporting every bottle across the state from one central source.
Our water is independently tested by the National Measurement Institute at laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Testing covers the water from its source through to the finished bottle.
Frequently asked questions
Will drinking spring water stop my family drinking soft drink?
No single product can control someone’s food or drink choices. What a home water cooler can do is make cold, fresh-tasting water visible and immediately available.

Is Summer Springs healthier than soft drink or cordial?
Summer Springs spring water contains no added sugar, sweeteners, flavours or kilojoules. Replacing a sugary drink with plain water reduces the amount of added sugar consumed in that moment.
Why does Summer Springs taste different from town water?
Its taste comes from its natural underground source and low mineral profile. We use filtration and non-chlorine disinfection and do not add chlorine or fluoride.
Town water is safely treated for distribution through large public networks, but some people notice the taste or smell of disinfectants, local minerals or household plumbing.
Does Summer Springs deliver everywhere in NSW?
No. Our own bottle-delivery routes cover defined towns, suburbs and communities across regional NSW.

Do I need to be home when the driver arrives?
Usually not. You can nominate a safe and accessible location where the driver can leave your full bottles and collect the empties.
How many bottles should I order?
That depends on the number of people in your home and how you plan to use the water. Many customers begin with a small number and adjust after their first few delivery cycles.
Do I have to hire a cooler?
No. You can use a compatible cooler you already own, purchase one outright, hire one annually or choose a non-electric ceramic dispenser.
Can I change my bottle quantity later?
