That's the problem our Complete Hydration Pack solves - hydrating two workspaces at once. It's built for workplaces across regional NSW, from Dubbo to Tamworth to Armidale and well beyond.

Put together separately, the coolers, bottles, cups and rack are worth $626 in your first year. As a bundle, it's $400 — saving you $226. An introductory offer for new customers, with no lock-in contract.

After your first year, the two coolers simply continue on standard annual hire ($165 and $176), and you only pay for the water you use. 

How the hire works

• Plug-in, no plumbing. Both coolers are plug-and-play — no technician, no plumber, no renovation! 
• Cool & Cold or Hot & Cold — same price. Choose Hot & Cold for instant hot water for tea and coffee; Cool & Cold for chilled and room-temperature only.
• Ongoing water on a schedule that suits you — fortnightly, monthly, or call in when you need it — so the coolers are never running dry.
• If a cooler fails during normal use, we swap it. We don't service units on site — we simply replace it, free of charge.

Where the water comes from

Naturally sourced from regional NSW springs, independently tested, with no added chlorine or fluoride. Our 15L bottles are returned, cleaned, refilled and redelivered in a closed loop — keeping single-use plastic out of your bins. See how we source and test our water.

What's hired and what do I keep?
The two coolers are hired and the 15L bottles are returnable. The cup holders, cups and storage rack are yours to keep — the cups are consumable, so reorder when you run low.

Do I need plumbing or a technician?
No. Both coolers are plug-and-play. There's no plumbing, no installation, and no mess. They simply need a spot with access to a standard power outlet. 

What happens if a cooler breaks?
We replace it free of charge. We don't service coolers on site because you don't need that hassle or mess — if anything goes wrong during normal use, your driver swaps it out. 

How does ongoing water delivery work?
After your 8 starter bottles, we deliver on a regular schedule that suits your usage — fortnightly, monthly, or a schedule that suits your workplace.
