Q1: Why is the change happening?
A: We are transitioning to our own spring water, Summer Springs to provide you with high quality, locally sourced water from pristine, natural springs throughout regional NSW and to ensure the long term viability of our business. The change also means the full supply chain is owned and operated by NSW regional businesses, from our partners through to the Summer Springs Delivery Driver, we’re keeping money in regional NSW, supporting our local communities.

Q2: What benefits will I see with Summer Springs water?
A: With Summer Springs, you’ll enjoy:

  • Fresh, pristine spring water sourced locally within regional NSW.
  • New BPA-free bottles.
  • Premium spring water with a higher pH, lower TDS, and a clean, crisp taste.

Q3: Will my delivery schedule change?
A: No, your delivery schedule will remain the same. You’ll continue to receive your water on the same day, from the same driver.

Q4: Do I need to change my water cooler or other equipment?
A: No, you will continue using the same cooler as Summer Springs owns all the equipment. If you’d like to explore a new cooler, feel free to check out our latest range at https://summersprings.com.au/collections/water-coolers.

Q5: Will I have the same delivery driver?
A: Yes, your friendly driver will remain the same.

Q6: How will this affect my invoices and billing?
A: Your invoices and billing process will remain the same. 

Q7: When will the transition to Summer Springs be complete?
A: The transition will begin from early November. From this date, you’ll start receiving Summer Springs water instead of Neverfail. Simply place your Neverfail bottles out for collection and your driver will collect these and replace them with the new Summer Springs bottles.

Q8: Will there be any disruption to my service during the transition?
A: No, the transition is designed to be seamless with no disruption to your service. Your water deliveries will continue as scheduled.

Q9: Will I still be able to use my current bottles?
A: As part of the transition, we’ll be collecting your empty Neverfail bottles and replacing them with new Summer Springs bottles, which are BPA-free and ergonomically designed.

Q10: How does the water quality differ from Neverfail?
A: Summer Springs water is sourced from pristine, natural springs in regional NSW, ensuring consistency and quality.

Q14: Do I need to sign a new agreement or contract?
A: No, you do not need to sign any new agreements. Your current service arrangements are with Summer Springs and will remain in place, with only the water source and branding of the bottles changing.
