What's included in your monthly hire
$55.00 a month covers your unit, an annual changeover of both the sediment and carbon filters, a full service and clean every 6 months, and free replacement if the unit ever breaks down or malfunctions. Our technician assesses your space and confirms what's needed before install day.
Before we can install
A water outlet needs to be available at the installation site for our technician to connect the unit into. Arranging a licensed plumber to provide this outlet — including a compliant pressure-limiting valve — is the customer's responsibility and cost, separate from your monthly hire. Once that outlet is in place, our technician handles the rest.
A note on filtration and warranty
These units run on inline sediment and carbon filtration (single, twin, or triple cartridge — swing-and-twist design, no tools, no need to shut off your mains). Running reverse osmosis or non-approved filtration through this unit can damage internal components and will void your warranty — we manage filter selection and changeovers as part of your monthly plan.
Do I need a plumber to install this?
Yes — a licensed plumber needs to provide a water outlet (fitted with a compliant pressure-limiting valve) for the unit to connect into. This is arranged and paid for by you, separately from your monthly hire. Once the outlet is ready, our technician connects and installs the unit.
Will this fit in a tight corner?
It has a compact 33cm × 33cm base, so it suits most standard kitchen or breakroom corners. Our technician can confirm the exact spot works during the pre-installation assessment.
What happens if it breaks down?
It's replaced free of charge as part of your monthly hire — just get in touch and we'll organise a swap.
